About the Role

1. Responsible for Use Cases sold and for expansion of additional use cases to drive account growth.
2. Enganging in implementation roadmap/ challenges and their implications on potential use case expansion in future.
3. Understanding customers IT infrastructure and business requirements/ use case roadmap.
4. Monitor Project Success Stories and other key metrics to identify and recommend resources to address customer needs.
5. Creating path to accelerate and expand projects and utilization of digital transformation within each customer by engaging and influencing a variety of external audiences at all levels of the organization (from CxO to developer).
6. Engaging with internal business & technical collaborators.

Requirements

  • +5 years in Sales, or related fields, preferably within various industries like Banking, Green Technology, Automotive Batteries, Health and Wellness Goes Digital.

  • Proven experience in sales support, or related role, preferably within consulting business.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

  • Ability to build relationships with wide range of customers

  • Analytical skills to interpret key metrics and prioritize tasks accordingly.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and align with broader organizational goals.

  • Fluent in German (C1)

  • Fluent in English (C1)

  • Driver License

  • Ability to travel (10-20%)
